Loading Bay Operations Manager (Returns)
Job location: London (NW10)
Role requirements:
Operational leadership & people management: Lead and develop the returns team (5 direct reports) through recruitment, performance management, training, and resource planning in a fast-changing environment.
Inbound stock & quality control oversight: Own all goods-in operations, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate processing of high-value, non-standard items, with rigorous quality checks and coordination with repairs and logistics teams.
Process improvement & systems confidence: Use data and hands-on insight to drive continuous operational improvements, support transitions to new hire software, and maintain effective inventory and reporting systems.
Senior stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with directors and management peers, champion company values, health & safety, and customer service excellence, and contribute to wider business operations and culture.

Loading Bay Small Items Operative
Job location: London (NW10)
Role requirements:
Hands-on processing of returns: Physically unpack, inspect, clean, test, and accurately scan small items using hire software, maintaining stock and condition records.
Organisation & attention to detail: Work methodically in a fast-paced environment, reporting loss or damage issues and ensuring items are processed on time and to quality standards.
Flexibility & teamwork: Support packing, despatch, showroom, and warehouse tasks as needed, collaborating across departments and following health & safety procedures.
Physical & personal capabilities: Comfortable with manual handling and long periods of standing; proactive, reliable team player with strong communication skills and legal right to work in the UK.
Salary: £30,804 (London Living Wage) plus benefits
